Please be advised of the scheduled maintenance that will be conducted at La Recolte Retirement Village.

The purpose of this maintenance is to perform equipment upgrades and improvements aimed at enhancing overall network stability, performance, and operational safety.

During this maintenance window, downtime is to be expected, and services may experience intermittent to no connectivity for the duration of the work.

Our technical teams will make every effort to complete the maintenance as efficiently as possible and to restore services promptly.

Our backhaul provider notified us of emergency maintenance taking place from 21:00 to 07:00

There is scheduled electrical maintenance planned at Somerset Place that will affect the circuit supplying the server room.

Our backup power systems are expected to keep all critical network equipment online during the maintenance window. As a result, no significant impact is anticipated for equipment servicing the FTTH network.

Please note that we will be conducting routine maintenance in Hartland Lifestyle Estate. Services will not be disconnected; however, intermittent or degraded services may be experienced. We have teams on standby and in close proximity should any of the services be affected.

The areas and streets that will be affected by the maintenance are:

Bitterbos Street, Taaibos Boulevard, Gansogie Street, Boegoe Laan, Aarbossie Street, and Kershout Singel Street.
